Responsible for the collection of business requirements, functional design, use case/test case development and project administration/control. The Solutions Manager is a primary client interface and is responsible for the quality, timely delivery of software development and technical strategy engagements. The qualified individual will demonstrate technical competency sufficient to accomplish project objectives, and experience managing software development teams in a professional services environment.

• Minimum of ten years’ professional software development experience
• Demonstrable success managing complex application development and strategy projects - BS in a technical business discipline or equivalent
• PMI or equivalent certification highly desirable
• Knowledge of and exposure to common languages and mainstream development concepts
• Comprehensive knowledge of n-tier architecture including database design, web services and application integration
• A passion for excellence and pride of ownership
