Responsible for the collection of business requirements, functional design, business analysis, use case/test case development and compilation of associated documentation. The Solutions Analyst is a primary client interface and is responsible for helping establish the vision, define, evaluate and analyze the business/technical requirements for software development projects and technology strategy engagements. The qualified individual will demonstrate technical competency sufficient to accomplish project objectives and will have experience in a business/systems analysis role in a professional services environment.
- Minimum of ten years professional experience
- Demonstrable success as a key team member in the delivery of complex application development and strategy projects
- The gifted ability to translate end-user desires into practical functional requirements and transfer the vision of the business challenge into a meaningful, valuable solution
- BS in a technical business discipline or equivalent
- PMI or equivalent certification highly desirable
- Knowledge of and exposure to software development languages and mainstream technology concepts
- Comprehensive knowledge of n-tier architecture including database design, web services and application integration
