As co-founder and President of The Spitfire Group, Mark leads the team, ensuring excellence in client delivery and operational efficiency at every level. With over 14 years of leadership experience in enterprise consulting with Hitachi Consulting, iXL and Managed Business Solutions, Mark is firmly placed at the top of his field. Considered a pioneer of electronic commerce, Mark developed the first online automotive reservation system in the travel industry. In addition, he has provided strategic, business critical consulting services to companies in the manufacturing, real estate, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare and high-tech industries. He is active in the business community, participating in the Association for Corporate Growth, CXO.org, as well as several advisory panels and software associations. Mark was previously a licensed CPA and Air National Guard Officer, and he has been involved with the National Ski Patrol and other search and rescue organizations for several years.
