Mark Richtermeyer, President and CEO

As co-founder and President of The Spitfire Group, Mark leads the team, ensuring excellence in client delivery and operational efficiency at every level. With over 14 years of leadership experience in enterprise consulting with Hitachi Consulting, iXL and Managed Business Solutions, Mark is firmly placed at the top of his field. Considered a pioneer of electronic commerce, Mark developed the first online automotive reservation system in the travel industry. In addition, he has provided strategic, business critical consulting services to companies in the manufacturing, real estate, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare and high-tech industries. He is active in the business community, participating in the Association for Corporate Growth, CXO.org, as well as several advisory panels and software associations. Mark was previously a licensed CPA and Air National Guard Officer, and he has been involved with the National Ski Patrol and other search and rescue organizations for several years.

Doug Gregory, Enterprise Architect

As the Senior Technology Leader with The Spitfire Group, Doug is responsible for establishing design principles and ensuring quality technical delivery of client engagements. He is a creative visionary with over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, and offers a unique combination of business knowledge and a deep understanding of the toolsets, concepts and integration methods necessary to maximize clients’ capital investments. Doug’s deep experience with software best practices have been applied on behalf of local, national and global client partners.

As an entrepreneur, his ability to understand the business drivers first and then define technology strategy has earned him tremendous respect in the industry. Doug holds an undergraduate in English, a BS/MS in Computer Science and is an active member of the technology community in Colorado.

Andi Blackwell, Practice Director 

As a Practice Director with The Spitfire Group, Andi is responsible for strengthening and expanding Spitfire’s delivery methodologies and client relationships. Andi has over 25 years of successful experience in project management, agile development, client relationship management, and help desk/call center management. Prior to joining Spitfire, Andi worked at Managed Business Solutions, Computer Data Systems, and Advanced Data Concepts.
