Metrolist Nominated for Three Apex Awards
(Greenwood Village, CO) – June 4, 2007 – Metrolist, Inc., the real estate multiple listing service (MLS) serving the greater metro Denver area has been nominated for three Apex Awards. The 7th annual Apex Awards are presented by CSIA, Colorado’s Technology association and recognizes the best and brightest people, companies and accomplishments throughout Colorado’s technology community.
Metrolist was nominated in the following categories: Chief Technology Executive of the Year, Fast Forward, and Outstanding Technology Company of the Year.

The nominations come on the heels of the development and implementation of PrimeAccess, a new MLS system incorporating the latest programming and hardware advances. Built on a Web-based platform, PrimeAccess is flexible and powerful enough to give real estate professionals access to valuable MLS content and the power to use it to serve their clients.
