Spitfire Appoints Jon Strickler – Practice Director 

LONGMONT, Colorado, June 8, 2006 – The Spitfire Group announces the addition of Jon Strickler as Practice Director.  Jon will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of client solutions, strategic account oversight and organizational efficiency.  “Jon’s professional consulting experience and passion for technology enablement will help us move Spitfire to the next level of maturity, we’re thrilled to have him on board,” says Mark Richtermeyer, President and CEO. 

Prior to joining the Spitfire Group, Mr. Strickler ran his own consulting company and led the professional services group at two Denver startup technology companies – most recently at the Dante Group which was sold to webMethods.  He has additional consulting experience with customers in the US, Mexico and Europe while working with Accenture and the George Group.  His leadership and management skills were honed in the Corps of Engineers while serving in the US and Korea.  Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from West Point and a MBA emphasizing Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
