Spitfire staffs each project with a Solution Manager that has at least 10 years of experience in managing business technology projects. The Solution Manager works with the project team on a daily basis in the role of planner, coordinator, and communicator, and is accountable for meeting the stated project objectives within the mutually agreed upon constraints of cost, time and scope.
